Lite Customer service
Our accessories are unique and hand-made in Istanbul. The fabric is hand-dyed and can therefore shift in shades. The stones can also alter their coloring. This is a part of their unique look and custom characteristics. The bracelets with the braided fabric band, which are approximately 18,5 cm long, will stretch some and oxidize a bit after frequent usage. Such changes only enhance the uniqueness and individual beauty of our products. Take care of your accessorizes and keep them away from water, oil and dirt.

Purchase & terms of delivery
If a product is out of stock there might be an additional delay. If this occurs you have the opportunity to cancel your purchase by contacting us at info@litekalabalik.se. We, at Lite Kalabalik, reserve the right to adjust mistakes in pricing.

Confirmation
When we have received your order, an automatic e-mail is sent confirming your order. Please save this order confirmation in case you need to contact us about your order.

Payment options
We accept payment with bankcards and credit cards through PayPal.

Complaints?
If there is a product defect please contact us at info@litekalabalik.se. If the defect is not due to normal usage but from the production stage, we will review your case and determine if you will receive a replacement product.

We guarantee that the product you receive is undamaged due to shipping. If you should receive a defect or a wrongly delivered product, please contact us at info@litekalabalik.se within 14 days of delivery.

Product defects – Return the product in the condition it was when you received it and with the payment confirmation. Write the reason for the return on the back of the bill. Then you will receive a new, undamaged product within 2-3 weeks.

Wrong product delivery – The product must be unused and in an undamaged condition. Return the product with the payment confirmation. Write the reason for the return on the back of the bill. Then you will receive the correct product within 2-3 weeks.

Note: Before you return a defect or wrongly delivered product you have to contact info@litekalabalik.se to get the complaint approved.

Buyers remorse
You have according to the Door-to-Door Sales Act the right to return products without giving any reasons. E-mail us at info@litekalabalik.se within 14 days of delivery. However, it must be unused and in perfect condition.

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We strive not to create unnecessary kalabalik (chaos).
